The United Methodist Men meet regularly for Prayer Breakfasts and can always be counted on for their volunteer efforts and endeavors with all church projects including Winterfest and Habitat for Humanity among a few. They are famous in the community for their chicken dinners which are greatly anticipated. |

This is a group for couples married more than once. If that is you....come try us out. We meet the second Thursday each month at the Golden Corral in Leesburg. In July we will be meeting on Thursday, July 9th at 1:15 p.m. |
Every year CUMC sponsors a comunity event that grows more grand yearly.Several thousands of people participate in free food, games, entertainment, and fellowship for all peoples and denominations. It is a family event and adventure remebered year round. CUMC goes all out to provide a chance for the community to meet our church members in a totally religious free event other than the chance to visit our home and know that an invitation is always open to come and join us for worship. The Busy Bees are a group of CUMC women that meet every Monday from 9AM to 1PM to work together on sewing and craft projects. They sell their special handmade project and all monies go to United Methodist Missions. They also help with the Children's Ministry costumes, Church banners and help knit the beautiful Prayer Shawls. |

This 2008 Christmas play is just one of the yearly productions by the Children's Ministry. You only have to attend one of their great productions to admire the costumes, backdrops, and most of all the dedication and hard work that these talented children devote to their plays. It is inspiring to see how the love of the Lord is reflected in their productions. |

The first weekend in April of every year, the city of Fruitland Park, FL holds a festival complete with a parade, music, antique car show, dances, free jumparamas for children, food vendors and much, much more. The parade grows every year and is a much anticipated event. CUMC sponsors a float every year. Click on the photo at the left or on the Fruitland Park Day title for photos. |

CUMC Thanksgiving Dinner - 2008 Every year CUMC hosts a delicious Thanksgiving Dinner that is prepared by Chef Lam and volunteers for the church. It is not only a wonderful dinner and time for fellowship, but it is a blessing for church and community members who are far away from family members. Scout's Day and Spaghetti Dinner Every year CUMC honors their sponsored Boy Scout Troop # 143 at all three services. Afterwards the scouts prepare a delicious spaghetti dinner and dessert for one of their many fund raising activities to cover costs for equipment and outings. is a yearly event where all children are invited for a fun filled chase for the eggs, The Egg Hunt is held in the grassy area and bushes of the parking area.
